Easy Peach Cobbler (Using Fresh, Frozen or Canned Peaches)
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp cornstarch

  • 85 g (¾ stick) butter, if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt to the flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 115 g (1 cup minus 2 Tbsp) all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
