Ingredients

  • 1LB GR. Beef
  • ½ Cup Graded Parmesan
  • ½ tsp. Dried Basil
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  •  
  • ⭐In a bowl combine all ingredients mix well, divide and roll into 1oz balls (16)
  • ⭐Place meatballs in skillet not touching. Cook on med heat browning all sides

  • subheading: Dough:
  • 1.5 Cup Almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Pink Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  •  
  • ⭐In a Bowl add Almond Flour, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder, Salt, Oregano, egg, Mix together
  • ⭐In a Separate Bowl add Mozzarella and Cream Cheese melt in Microwave 1.5 to 2 min , once melty stir cheeses then add the dry ingredient blend and stir together , knead with hands until fully incorporated.
  • ⭐Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment ment paper. Pat into a rectangle shape and roll out with rolling pin. If dough seems hard to roll out pop back in Microwave for about 30 secs. To soften back up.
  • ⭐Remove top piece of parchment paper after you get the rectangle shape, leave dough on bottom parchment paper and transfer to a cookie sheet . Cut dough down the middle length wise and crosswise (4 even rectangles)
  • ⭐On each rectangle place 2 halves of sliced Cheese Or ¼ cup of Shredded cheese (I used Shredded Mozzarella) then place 4 meatballs lengthwise top of cheese then top with 2 Tbsp Marinara sauce, fold up like a taco pinching the short ends together to seal, leaving middle open
  • Bake @375° for 15 to 20 min.
