One-Pot Italian Beef and Gnocchi Casserole

  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 700g bottle tomato passata
  • 2 beef stock cubes, crumbled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 500g packet gnocchi
