Limbache Lonche / Nimbu Ka Achar / Indian
Ingredients
  • 10 whole Limes
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder(can adjust according to your preference)
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons Grated Jaggery(Panela)
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil(Can use mustard oil too)
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard seeds
  • ½ Tablespoon Hing/Asafoetida
