  • ½  cup tahini
  • 6 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
  • ½ “ ginger root, minced
  • ½  teaspoon dried turmeric
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • freshly ground black pepper tt
  • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
  • water
