Dairy Free Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1½ cups icing sugar
  • ¼ cup dairy-free margarine
  • 2 Tbs plain or vanilla non-dairy milk alternative or coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Steps
  1. Stir the cocoa powder and icing sugar together into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix on low speed until everything is incorporated. Then whip for a minute on a higher speed to make it fluffy.
