Graham Crackers (Paleo, Aip, Vegan)
Ingredients
  • ½ c cassava flour
  • ½ c tigernut flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tb ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tb honey or maple syrup (for V) - both optional, you could do a more savory cracker if you're like me and want more of a cinnamon-y cracker/think the marshmallows in a s'more provide enough sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tb apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ c leaf lard/ ghee (AIP re-intro) or coconut oil for V
  • ¼ to ⅓ c cold water
  •  
  • tapioca flour or arrowroot starch for dusting
