Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • ¾ cups finely shredded, unsweetened coconut (if you're not a fan, you can always do another ¾ cup almond flour).
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened (or coconut oil)
  • ½ cup Swerve Sweetener (or coconut sugar, for paleo)
  • 2 tsp Yacon syrup or molasses (optional, helps colour)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces Homemade Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips OR Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
