Best Homemade Gnocchi
This rustic, dumpling-like pasta is much easier to make and shape by hand than ravioli, and once made, you can use it with countless recipes and sauces.
Ingredients
  • 4 large russet potatoes (about 3 lb. total)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. (240 g.) all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more
  • Semolina flour, for dusting
