Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
- crushed corn flakes, or crushed pork rinds for low carb
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Steps
- cut chicken to size you want if you want chicken strips or chicken nuggets and place in bowl
- coat chicken with a spoon full or so of mayo in bowl and salt and pepper.
- put corn flakes or pork rinds in zip lock and crush
- Shake chicken in crumbs in ziplock a few pieces at a time to coat.
- Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for about 20 min for strips or about 30 to 40 min for full breast. Make sure it's at an internal temp of 170 degrees.
- Serve with salad, mashed potatoes, French fries, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, or anything really.
