shake and bake chicken
Ingredients
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • crushed corn flakes, or crushed pork rinds for low carb
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
Steps
  1. cut chicken to size you want if you want chicken strips or chicken nuggets and place in bowl
  2. coat chicken with a spoon full or so of mayo in bowl and salt and pepper.
  3. put corn flakes or pork rinds in zip lock and crush
  4. Shake chicken in crumbs in ziplock a few pieces at a time to coat.
  5. Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 for about 20 min for strips or about 30 to 40 min for full breast. Make sure it's at an internal temp of 170 degrees.
  7. Serve with salad, mashed potatoes, French fries, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, or anything really.
