Creamy and Cheesy Dutch Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
  • 150 grams/ 5.29 oz Macaroni pasta.
  • 200 grams/ 7.05 oz Boneless-chicken breast.
  • 500 ml/ 16.91 oz Milk.
  • 250 grams/ 8.45 oz Cheddar cheese, grated.
  • 1 medium Onion.
  • 2 cloves Garlic.
  • 6 Eggs, beaten lightly.
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • ½ tsp Ground white pepper (preferably), or ground black pepper.
  • ½ tsp Salt.
  • 1 tbsp butter, and more to grease the dish.
