Lazy Lasagna for 2
Ingredients
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1-½ cups cooked wide egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Warm the spaghetti sauce
  2. Stir in mozzarella and cottage cheeses.
  3. Fold in noodles.
  4. Pour into 2 greased 2-cup baking dishes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
