  • 8 ounces hard salami cubed, about 1 ¾ cups
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls or mozzarella balls, 1 ⅓ cup
  • ¼ cup mini pepperonis
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh basil sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
