- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground thyme
- 5 whole Allspice
- 10 garlic cloves
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 1 cup of water
