If you cannot obtain white radishes, use red in this salad.

Ingredients
  • 24 small white radishes
  •  
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  •  
  • 3 avocados
  •  
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced onion
  •  
  • ¾ teaspoon chopped chives
  •  
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  •  
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Steps
  1. Peel radishes and slice thinly.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Drain off excess water.
  4. Peel and halve avocados.
  5. Combine radishes with remaining ingredients and mound into avocado hollows.
