  • 2 Bananas - Ripe!
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese - Your Choice
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder - *Vanilla or Chocolate Preferred
  • ¾ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Sweetener - *Optional (If your Protein Powder isn't sweet)
  • Chocolate Chips - Or anything else you want for texture (nuts are great too!)
