Ingredients
  • subheading: Butter:
  • 5 T Butter, room temp
  • 2 T Tomato paste
  • 1/5 Parmigiano reggiano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • subheading: Toast:
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 -2oz burrata balls (belgioioso)
  • 8 thin slices of prosciutto
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Chives
  • Flaky sea salt.
Steps
  1. Mix the butter, tomato paste, salt, pepper; parmigiano.
  2. Smear it on the bread.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 13 to 15 min. Check at 10 min to make sure it isn't burning.
  4. Add the prosciutto to the bread, the burrata; cut it open.
  5. Drizzle olive oil, black pepper, flaky sea salt, chives (green onion.)
