Cheese-stuffed flatbread or cheese pita bread is one of the most delicious flatbreads that we can make at home easily.
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the bread dough:
  • 325 g Flour 2 ½ cups (loosely packed)
  • 200 ml Water (Lukewarm,ideally around 95 F) or ¾ cup + 1 ½ tbsp
  • 35 g Butter (Soft unsalted) or 2 ½ tbsp
  • 25 g Sugar or 2 tbsp
  • 6 g Salt or 1 tsp
  • 3 g Yeast 1 tsp (if using Active dry yeast ,use 1 ¼ tsp)
  • subheading: For the filling:
  • 250 g Mozarella Cheese (Shredded) or 1.1 cup
