Protein veggie pancakes
If you like sour pancakes, you will love these pancakes with autumn vibes. They are great for sedentary people thanks to the lower calorie content and higher volume. They will also help you to get enough protein and vegetables.
Servings: Two 20cm pancakes
- 15g walnuts
- Cook pancakes according to the instructions in the pancake recipe
- In a covered saucepan, cook carrot with spinach until tender. I like to add ginger to it as well.
- Spread vegetables on the pancake, add nuts, and roll.
