Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped green cruciferous vegetable (kale, collards, mustard greens or turnip greens)
  • ⅓ cup broccoli or radish sprouts (see note)
  • 6 walnut halves
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or other berries
  • 1 cup carrot or beet juice (see note)
  • squeeze of lemon
