Ingredients
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tin anchovies drained & chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 C. kalamata olives pitted & halved
  • 2 tbs capers drained & rinsed
  • 2 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. grated Romano to serve with pasta
  • 1 lb pasta of choice/prepared according to directions on package
