  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut -Shredded or Flaked
  • 1 cup Cashews - or other nuts.
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Raisins - or other Dried Fruit
