  • ½ cup (113g) lukewarm milk
  • ½ cup (113g) orange juice
  • 5 tablespoons (71g) melted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons (9g) salt
  • 3 tablespoons (35g) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup (28g) nonfat dry milk
  • ⅓ cup (62g) potato flour or ¾ cup (64g) dried potato flakes (instant mashed potatoes)
  • 3 ¾ cups (425g) King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
  • note: Use 2 tablespoons less water in summer (or in a humid environment), 2 tablespoons more in winter (or in a dry climate).
