Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cups plus 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (I swapped in hazelnut meal for the last two tablespoons!)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon course sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon or so cinnamon
  • fresh nutmeg, grated to taste
