Orzo Pasta with Peas and Feta
Ingredients
  • 4 cup (1 L) Italpasta Tradizionale Orzo
  • 2 cup (500 ml) chicken broth (sodium-reduced)
  • 2 ½ cup (625 ml) frozen peas
  • ⅓ cup (75 ml) butter, divided and cut into cubes
  • 3 shallots, diced
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) each salt and pepper
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) crumbled feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh herbs (parsley, basil, and/or tarragon), finely chopped
