Easy Lo Mein On the Blackstone Griddle
Ingredients
  • 10 oz dried lo mein egg noodles
  • 2 to 4 tbsp cooking oil I prefer avocado oil
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced thin
  • 8 oz sirloin (or other tender beef cut) sliced thin
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 stalks celery sliced thin
  • 1 medium carrot cut in half lengthwise and sliced thin
  • 6 spears asparagus cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  • ¼ onion sliced thin
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup sliced green onions
  • subheading: FOR THE SAUCE:
  • ½ cup chicken stock or broth
  • 6 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 6 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp sugar
