  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
  • Flaky salt, for sprinkling
