Gianduja is a kind of praline to which milk chocolate is added. It consists of a lot of hazelnuts, icing sugar and milk chocolate. Unlike praline, in gianduja, the hazelnuts are not caramelized. He is of Italian origin, from the Piedmont region. It can be enjoyed as is or used in the composition of desserts and various desserts.
Ingredients

  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 250 g of quality milk chocolate
