Pesto Baked Chicken with Tomatoes
Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons EACH: white wine vinegar AND melted butter
  • ⅓ cup prepared basil pesto ( homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped basil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
