Bacon and Leek Quiche
Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half (or ½ cup heavy cream and ½ cup whole milk)
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sliced leek
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  •  
  • 5 slices bacon , fried and broken in pieces
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (can also use Swiss or Gruyere)
