Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • ½ Stick of Kraft medium cheddar cheese
  • ¼ c butter
  • ½ grated onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c sour cream room temp
Steps
  1. Boil potatoes with skins until soft, cool in fridge, peel and chunk potatoes
  2. Melt cheese and butter together, remove from heat
  3. Stir in onion, sourbutter. Salt, mix well
  4. Add mixture to potatoes, spread in baking dish, dot with pats of buttet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350
