Sheet Pan Sticky Ginger Soy Chicken and Broccoli

  • ⅓ cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice (or use orange juice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • jasmine rice, for serving
