Blueberry Cheesecake with Spongecake Crust (Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Thm-S)
Ingredients
  • ⅓ Cup Almond Flour
  • ¾ Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Large Eggs separated (Room temperature)
  • ⅓ Cup Xylitol or Erythritol (I used a mixture of both)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • ¼ tsp cream of tarter
