Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- 1 ½ pound lean ground beef
- 6 strips bacon (roughly 80 grams), minced
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, roughly minced
- 2 extra large eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Mural - 1 TBLSP
- ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- Parm 55 Mozz 35
- Served with Quick & Easy Tomato Sauce
- 500 mL unsalted homemade chicken stock
- 398 mL tomato sauce
- 156 mL tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Steps
- Mix meatloaf ingredients. Wet then Dry
- Shape Meatloaf
- Create foil sling
- Make Tomato Sauce in Instant Pot
- Put in Trivet, foil sling and meatloaf loaf on top
- High Pressure 16 minutes
- Turn off heat NPR
- Preheat Oven 450 degrees
- Remove meat loaf - internal should be 160 degrees
- Saute (press Twice)
- Simmer sauce for 5 to 8 minutes, brush on meatloaf
- Cook in oven top rack 15 minutes
