Lazy Meal Chickpeas
Ingredients
  • One of my go-to lazy meals is just a large can of chickpeas. I drain the water, put the beans in a bowl in the microwave for 3 mins and in the meantime dice up a little bit of onion and red pepper. Then I mix up some spices like basil, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, and black pepper. When the beans come out I mix in all the aforementioned stuff with and a few spoons of kalamata olives, then top it off with some sesame seeds or hemp seeds. Super filling and satisfying for so little effort! All you have to wash are the bowl and spoon. Eat beans, not beings!
