Ingredients
- Razma , Chana dal, kabuli Chana , arhar dal, masoor dal .( all in proportion .. Handful of each )
- Salt to taste
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder
- 2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder
- 2 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Oil for shallow frying
- Suji for covering the kebabs .( in a plate )
- Bread crumbs ( 4tbsp)
Steps
- Soak the lentils in water overnight. Next day morning book the lentils all together with a pinch of salt . Once done , add the dry ingredients ... Salt , pepper , red chillie powder , coriander n garam masala . Add the bread crumbs as the dough will be slightly wet . Knead well into a mix and then shape into kebabs . (U could also make them into rolls n fry them , or bake then in the oven . )Heat a pan , add oil ( about 2 tbsp) . Just pay the Kebabs in the SUJI on the plate n Now just shallow fry the kebabs n enjoy with green chutney . ( for elders u can add green chillies n onions too )
