lentil Kebab
Ingredients
  • Razma , Chana dal, kabuli Chana , arhar  dal, masoor dal .( all in proportion .. Handful of each )
  • Salt  to taste
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Suji for covering the kebabs .( in a plate )
  • Bread crumbs ( 4tbsp)
Steps
  1. Soak the lentils in water overnight. Next day morning book the lentils all together with a pinch of salt . Once done , add the dry ingredients ... Salt , pepper , red chillie powder , coriander n garam masala . Add the bread crumbs as the dough will be slightly wet . Knead well into a mix and then shape into kebabs . (U could also make them into rolls n fry them , or bake then in the oven . )Heat a pan , add oil ( about 2 tbsp) . Just pay the Kebabs in the SUJI on the plate n Now just shallow fry the kebabs n enjoy with green chutney . ( for elders u can add green chillies n onions too )
