  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free reduced sodium tamari (or soy sauce if not GF) (see note 4)
  • ⅓ cup organic ketchup or tomato puree
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated (or garlic powder to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch (see note 5)
