Good for leftover pork tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 ounce) package GF linguine
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce (gf tamari or amino acids)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped, divided
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh ginger, or to taste
  • 3 green onions, sliced
