5 to 6 romaine leaves

1 to 2 slices tomato

1 slice red onion

1 to 2 slices red pepper

½ avocado

¼ cup Corn & black beans

Tortilla Salad Strips

Salt and pepper to taste

½ C Mayo

½ C sour cream

1 tsp dried cilantro

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

½ lime juice

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder
