Servings: 15 BIG cookies

1/2 cup butter (1stick) ½ cup butter (1stick)
8 oz cream cheese 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla ½ tsp vanilla
1 egg 1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box yellow cake mix

Cream butter and cream cheese.
Mix in vanilla and egg.
Mix in cake mix.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Take scoops of dough and roll in powdered sugar.
Bake 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Don't overbake!
Cool for an hour.
