  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 3/ 4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/ 2 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 3/ 4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
