Best Ever Vegan Buttermilk Biscuits
Vegan buttermilk biscuits are the perfect side dish to any family dinner. With only a few ingredients (that you probably already have!) this easy biscuit recipe comes together in less than 10 minutes!
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegan butter, I use Earth Balance
  • 1 cup soy milk, plus more for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
