  • 4Clove  garlic, mashed to a paste

  • 2Teaspoon  dried rosemary

  • 3 Slather the outside of the roast with the mustard paste and season generously with Traeger Prime Rib Rub on all sides. Refrigerate uncovered for 8 hours.
