Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe mango (about 1½ cup cubed mango) fresh is best but frozen can be used
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ cup avocado oil (grapeseed oil or light olive oil are also good)
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (can be subbed for lime juice if you don't have it)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ small shallot (about 1½inch piece)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (depending on desired sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
