  • 5 cans S&W stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup mild green chilies
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups cups beef stock, depending on thickness desired
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Paul Prudhomme Meat Magic
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 cup red wine
  • salt and pepper
