Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Without Banana
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup oats, rolled or steel cut
  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
  • ½ scoop peanut butter protein powder (or vanilla, if you don't have PB)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
