Canadian Cheese Soup
Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 c. Chopped Celery
  • 2½ c. Cubed Potatoes
  • 10 oz. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Qt. Water
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Carrots, diced
  • ½ c. Water
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, diced
Steps
  1. Boil bouillon cubes, water, celery and onion for 20 min.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, and mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, ½ c. water, and Velveeta.
  4. Stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
