We love thai peanut noodles
Ingredients
  • subheading: Use whatever pasta you have/like and add any veggies you have/like, cooked or raw, peanuts, green onions, whatever. Mix this sauce in:
  • .5 cup peanut butter
  • .5 cup water
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup/agave/sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  •  
Steps
  1. Puree in a blender until smooth. Top pasta with it.
