Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 3 cups unbleached flour + ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ¾ tablespoons fast-acting yeast (~1 pack)
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • ½ cup raisins and craisins (dried cranberries) blended together
  • ¼ cup chopped raw almonds or nuts of your choice
  • Additional pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, raisins and craisins for topping the loaf
