Navratan Korma
Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 2-inch knob of ginger, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • subheading: Ground Spices:
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Nut and seed paste
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon melon seeds
  • 5 almonds
  • 5 cashew nuts
  • subheading: Garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 8 cashew nuts
  • 2 to 3 pineapple slices, chopped
  • A pinch of saffron strands
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves
